I like to view myself as a problem solver, not a programmer. I enjoy the journey, more than the destination. The challenges of a particularly difficult problem, and the satisfaction of coming out on top. I got into this field when I took a class for Web Design and finished two years of curriculum in six months. I finished the program with two CIW certifications and it only whet my appetite. So I began reading programming books, articles, and tutorials. Anything I could get my hands on. I have since accumulated little bits of knowledge on a great many popular technologies. So, if I am not already familiar with a subject, I usually know how to go about finding out more about it. This means that, while most of my experience is in PHP and JavaScript, I am familiar with a number of languages, and if given the right opportunity I can quickly adapt to any given situation.
